Shahrukh Murad is a Senior Software Consultant for the Global 360 Inc. Professional Services Organization. His responsibilities include providing direct consulting and project management services to customers of Global 360 Business Process Management software. These services consist of system architecture and design review, deployment consulting, performance analysis, system administration, system migration, developing and delivering training courses, and system implementation. He has been engaged in the government, insurance, financial, medical, and customer service industries.
Mr. Murad has over 16 years of experience in computer systems, with over 13 years of experience directly related to Reports Manager and Imaging and Workflow systems. He has engaged in major systems integration projects that involved imaging, workflow, and Reports Management, and Scan Manager systems. His primary focus has been on client-server and n-tier architecture, with a secondary focus on UNIX systems and browser based application.
Functional experience in systems development includes records and workflow management, scanning and indexing subsystems, optical disk archiving, and medical records. Technical expertise includes in depth knowledge of browser based application, client-server, NT and Windows, Microsoft Exchange, UNIX Local Area Networks and communications.
Prior to Global 360, Mr. Murad was a software consultant for Eastman Software. In this capacity Mr. Murad provided services that consist of design review, collaborative development, deployment consulting, performance analysis, system administration, migration and implementation.
Prior to Eastman Software, Mr. Murad was a consultant for Wang Software. In this capacity Mr. Murad has implemented various imaging, workflow and Reports Manager systems. Prior to that, he was a Network Integration Specialist for Wang Laboratories, Inc.
